Last week, Nadir Books published David Senior's 'Agony Pages,' a short story (maybe, 6500 words) detailing one man's descent into perversion and body horror through the pages of an old S&M magazine.
The blurb as it appears on Amazon reads,
"An expectant father tracks down a semi-mythical underground porn magazine, knowing full well that its grisly contents may damn him forever. A perverse hybrid of body horror, Lovecraft, and obscure pornography, from the author of The Sinners of Crowsmere."
Very loosely keeping with the 'monsters and magazines' theme: also included is the mini-collection 'Famous Monsters of Filmland,' seven pieces of ultra-micro flash fiction (between 10 - 100 words each).
